Since, we have pretty much made Nationals, let’s not talk about Regionals this weekend.  Instead, let’s talk about the Ultimate Ultimate party, I am starting to plan.  With the holiday season approaching, there needs to be some celebration.  A coming together of sorts.  Basically, we need to start where we left off when Icepick got put in the slammer.  Stick it to the man, and the horse he rode in on.

I declare a Small Van Buren Holiday Experience featuring the Wolfpack.  Combining the VBB, CLX, and Small Rackages party skills.  This will be a night you won’t want to forget.

The city is Des Moines, IA.  The venue has been set.  There is a rough outline of events and activities.  What would you like to see there?  Let me know, maybe your wish will be granted.  If your suggestion sucks, I just won’t get back to you.

So the Ultimate season is winding up and down at that same time.  Sectionals are tomorrow, then regionals, and nationals.  That’s it.  Obviously, this is the most important part of the season and we should be working the hardest to keep in shape and top out our performance levels.  Am I there?  Yes, I think that I am.  Could I be in better shape?  Oh I’m sure, but with the amount of time I already spend on Ultimate, I feel good about where I am.

I am very sore today.  I have played ultimate the last three days in a row, and I have been laying out like crazy.  Some of those were successful, some of them weren’t.  Regardless, it feels good to have the day off and rest.  Tonight is Tai’s birthday party, should be a good time.  I believe the them is country bumpkin, I can come up with something I’m sure.  The mixtape for this weekend is going to fruition.  Let’s just hope that I can get all the songs I want before I have to leave Des Moines tonight.

I hope the teams are ready tomorrow.  No mercy from the WOLFPACK.  Right Kevin?

Update numero dos:  The party is going to have a sweet soundtrack.  I just found out that we can play our own music upstairs at Legends.  SO, mixtape time people.  If there are any suggestions for some phat beats or sing along tunes let me know.  Maybe I’ll put them on the list.

The party is going to be at Legends in Ames.  We have two rooms reserved with a bunch of booze and appetizers setup as well.  There will also be a bar downstairs so if people want to go downstairs to get away, they definitely can.
